Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a full-time Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and events that drive pipeline and community engagement. This role is responsible for search marketing strategy, demand generation (both paid and organic), web communications, and digital purchase-path optimization. This role contributes directly to revenue and is a critical component of overall company performance.
Job Description
Lead and implement strategy tactics
Generate organic and paid leads, and manage funnel optimization.
Create, manage and support the Visual Daily Management dashboards.
Continuously improve performance by analyzing insights and standard processes for digital engagement
Conduct Search Engine Advertising campaigns (Google Ads) and optimize them
Create and implement Social Medial Channel strategy
Establish and maintain demand-gen goals for digital channels and work to understand and improve channels or campaigns that fail to meet their goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital marketing, public relations, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience
Google AdWords and Analytics Certificate is a must
Experience in FMCG is preferred
Knowledge of Google tools/products and relevant digital tools like (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Survey Monkey, and social media listening tools.)
Basic HTML experience requires
Basic understanding of general business concepts and terminology
Good problem-solving and data-analysis skills
Basic experience and skills (SEO, SEA, Social, Email, Lead generation, content creation – text, visual, community management)
MS Office tools
Willingness to learn from others
Solid experience with video creation and Video editing tools
Talented video creator that creates suitable content which can be consumed on multiple video channels, especially TikTok.
Good communications skill to work closely with influencers and the ability to identify trends.
Solid knowledge of Canva and Trello.
