الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Company Leads generated from several marketing channels such as: Portals, Company Website, Social Media, Email Campaign, other online platforms, and Offline Marketing
- Respond to online property inquiries from customers visiting various online portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Houza, Property Booster, and many more)
- Monitor and Track Leads on a daily basis
- Do warm calls and quality assurance calls
- Report all complaints/concerns/issues affecting customer satisfaction
- Effectively manage lead volume according to a complex set of standard operating procedures.
- Effectively utilize proprietary Customer Service Management(CRM) software applications
- Regularly monitor lead queues and use decision-making abilities to take appropriate action
- Field customer service-related calls from additional lines of business
- Generate Reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
المهارات
Requirements:
· The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate market.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Fluent in English language (written and spoken), Arabic is an added advantage
· Experience using call management / good telephone manners
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced high volume environment
· Outstanding organizational skills
· Personal commitment to excellence
· Excellent time management
· High degree of competence in learning new software programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications
