Objectives:

Our client, a leading investment bank in the MENA region, is looking for an Operations Officer to join their team in KSA, Riyadh. The main objective for this role is to supervise and check the processes of Back Office activities and follow suitable Operations Policies and Procedures in line with BSA, CMA and SAMA rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes accounts opening and closing and all operations related to clients’ accounts maintenance.
  • Performs reconciliation, netting and paying/receiving net trading amounts and commissions to the respective A/C’s & current Clients (minimum every 3 days), and delivers results to Operations Manager for final check.
  • Processes purchases, redemptions, subscriptions and reconciliations related to the clients.
  • Reports to CMA/Regulatory Bodies, Management, & Clients.
  • Reports any discrepancies or errors to Operations Manager.
  • Updates KYS’s information.
  • Prepares quarterly reports.
  • Sends all transactions to clients by SMS & emails as needed.
  • Updates Clients’ accounts and portfolios including proper registration of Clients Holdings and maintenance of Clients information.
  • Reconciles Clients accounts.
  • Co-ordinates with external auditors and internal auditors and handles their requirements in order to finalize the audit of BLOMINVEST.
  • Backs up the Operations staff, during absence.

المهارات

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance.
  • Good in MS Office programs.
  • Training courses related to Operations.
  • CME1 certified.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
