الوصف الوظيفي
· Handle enquiries for various cruises and other holiday requirements.
· Create bookings using online systems and work towards maximising conversion rate.
· All other operational jobs as required by the company
المهارات
- Minimum 4 years travel industry experience in handling Reservations, preferably in the Middle East, with commendable performance record.
- Pleasant telephone manners, ability to communicate, verbally & in writing, clearly and persuasively.
- Relevant IT knowledge & expertise to perform the tasks efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure in co-ordination with other team members.
- Exceptional drive, passion, and commitment.
