- Assisting users to identify and correct hardware and software problems.
- Participate actively in the hardware and software rollout process to conduct fluent product releases.
- Contribute to the installation of hardware components and activities like bug fixes and updates.
- Engage in the effective rollout process of the company's product or service launch.
المهارات
- Experience with image deployment in an enterprise environment.
- Skilled in fixing issues pertaining to smartphone applications and software.
- Proven record of exhibiting excellent image deployment tasks at an enterprise level.
- Skilled in conducting maintenance, fault-finding, and installation activities of various components in the asset inventory.
