- Talent Acquisition – Manages the recruitment process, candidates screening and selection process.
- Monitor and approve the Payroll process
- Control Monthly HR Cost vs Budget
- Maintains compliance as per law.
- Conduct Exit Interviews
المهارات
- Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in HR.
- Sound understanding of UAE Labour Law, employment practices, policies and procedures.
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate with different nationalities
- Fluent English Language and Arabic.
