Our client is a start-up digital asset company.
They are now looking for a Head of Operations – OTC Desk to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct pricing/execution to facilitate electronic OTC Crypto trading
- Hedge and monitor risk until trades are closed.
- Manage risks including counterparty risks, exchange risks and lending risks.
- Expand trading business to new trading products and new clients.

Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in OTC or trading desk operations
- Expert knowledge of cryptocurrency trading, lending, and complex automated platforms.
- Previous working experience in the front office with trading experience
