DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

● The core responsibility of the conference producer will be to identify topics through in-depth market

research and produce a commercially viable conference program that will offer networking and

knowledge transfer opportunities to the sponsors, delegates, and speakers.

● The key responsibilities will be:

○ Market Research & Analysis

○ Speaker Acquistation

○ Copy Writing

○ Project Management

○ Onsite Attendance

KNOWLEDGE

● BS/MS degree in Research/Marketing

● Strong proficiency in conference and topic management related to finance and marketing

SKILLS

● Conference latest trending topic

● Speaker acquisition

● Delegate acquisition

● Sponsor network and acquisition

● Article Writing

● Topic and material formulation

EXPERIENCE

● Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in conference producing associated with the topic of finance and

marketing
