Perform QA management role and also work as a BSS SME.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Experience in managing QA team and performing task allocation, daily meetings, follow-up, resolving issues/dependencies, technical support and test reporting to section manager.
• Experience in telecom wholesale engagement for QA from cognizant perspective as a SPOC
• Act as a Test manager and own QA deliverables and involve in requirement discussions with business/designers, test design, test execution and UAT session with business
• Strong functional skills on ZIRA CRM and ZIRA Billing and involve in day to day hands-on testing on BAU CR’s and Projects
• Experience in managing war room involving multiple stakeholders
• Well versed in wholesale business process, cross co-ordination with multi-vendor teams for design, development and testing in terms of design discussions, defect triage meeting, status meetings and E2E testing.•
المهارات
• Good experience of 7-8 years in Core TELECOM Domain projects and have experience in transformational projects
• Strong knowledge of Telecom Billing, CRM, OCS, Service Activations, Assurance and telecom network E2E call flow testing.
• Strong experience in Telecom BSS functionality.
• Well versed in IOT Connectivity Business and Telecom Business Applications, cross co-ordination with multi-vendor teams for design, development and testing in terms of design discussions, and E2E testing.
