Sales Manager – Corporate Medical Insurance
Job Description
1- Responsible for directly selling all insurance lines to corporate accounts, as well as small and medium enterprises & individual .
2- Prospecting potential individuals and corporate accounts using different databases and directories.
3- Identify key decision-makers within the targeted leads and schedule sales meetings.
4- Participating in any organized events for promoting private medical insurance plans.
5- Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
6- Manage accounts of closed contracts, from initiation to service delivery, and ensure exceptional customer service.
7- Effective reporting and update of sales pipeline, with proper categorization of sales leads.
8- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.

المهارات
This is a barrier for this job :
– At least 2 years of relevant sales experience (medical insurance sales experience )
– Must have a car
– Excellent communication skills & able to influence through proven sales experience
– Customer focused & capable of building strong relationships with clients
– Excellent command of English language (written & spoken)
Work environment :
– Days off : Friday & Saturday
– Working hrs : 8
