Sales – Account Manager – JCB (Heavy Equipment )

  • Develops business plan and strategy for JCB PRODUCTS that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability
  • Enhance new potential customers to develop customer’s base, solicit order, process enquiries, and meet the target. Achievement of agreed monthly / annual sales target and profit objectives
  • Focus on the development of sales, profitability, monthly sales campaigns and market share.
  • Frequent, visit with the existing customers, implementation of marketing plans.
  • Initiates and coordinates development and implementation of marketing plan as needed.
  • Provides timely feedback to management regarding performance as assigned product
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospects applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Maintains an accurate record of all pricings, sales activity reports related to his franchises
  • At all times operates in a responsible manner, projecting an image of sincerity and professionalism
  • Report to management any aspect of company operations deemed to be contrary to company interest or objectives.
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations, attend meetings, conferences and training sessions required for his assigned franchise
