About the role
The role will require the Legal Advisor to fulfil the following duties:
- Preparing and reviewing a range of commercial agreements, such as NDAs and supplier contracts and packaged contractor contracts. This will include checking compliance with standard documents and producing some documents based on agreed proposals.
- Various corporate work including drafting board minutes, and preparing filings.
- Attending internal and external meetings with the in-house legal team and stakeholders.
- Agreeing the delivery of various documentation.

Key Requirements
- Be fluent in English and Arabic, speaking and writing.
- Experience with translating and reviewing documents in Arabic.
- The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience.
- Experience with Sharia law.
- You will have a strong academic background and a degree in law or equivalent qualification.
