Salary:
- 5k to 6k AED
Experience:
- 3-4years
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Management and Technical oversight relating to OBM technical issues.
- Report to the Service Manager of Workshop load, customer concerns, technician’s performance and other relevant matters to the role.
- Carry out the quality control inspection
- Asses the improvement of technician’s performance after they undergo training.
- Attend customer's concern and resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others when needed.
- Provide advice and technical assistance to his team related to OBM technical issues.
- Direct team in handling day to day problems and issues to operate efficiently and exceed customer needs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Perform other reasonable activities from time to time.
المهارات
Qualification:
- Diploma / Engineering,
- Computer Literate
- Oracle, Discoverer & Telnet Experience is an Added Advantage
