  • Analyse balance sheets, income, cash flow statements, and other reports to assess accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.
  • Assist the independent auditor in conducting an annual evaluation of company records.
  • Prepare accurate reports on all the financial closing statements of the company.
  • Follow standard business and finance protocols to disclose the organisation's financial reports regularly.
  • Follow the standard operating procedure of national and state finance laws strictly.
  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Prepare budget forecasts.
  • Publish financial statements in time.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely bank payments.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
  • Audit financial transactions and documents.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

المهارات

  • Experienced with the same role for 2 to 5 years.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as general ledger functions.
  • Enthusiastic candidate with an Accounting background, ready to tackle the challenges in the core Finance domain.
  • Expertise in handling financial activities by implementing the latest management and cost reduction trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in partnership management and inter-department coordination.
  • A keen eye for minute details coupled with an instant ability to make sound decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Experience in Taxation is a must.
  • Presenting an in-depth analysis of the company's financial statements through concise reports.
  • Qualified Microsoft Suite professional with a proven track record of implementing technology in financial tasks as well as FreshBooks and QuickBooks.
  • Preferred to be around Nasr city, Alnozha Al Gadida, Misr Al Gadida, Ain Shams, Gisr Al suez, Sheraton.
