Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Reach monthly and annual volume and net budget/target
• Ensure and improve sales in the respective areas
• Improve route planning and repeat visit efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all operations
• Ensure the daily efficiency of stores, accounts and administration staff
• Regularly assess the number of roads and staff needed in line with the potential of the area
