الوصف الوظيفي
- Request daily raw materials for the plant.
- Cross-checking the drums daily.
- Monitoring the machine’s speed to ensure that the Operators are running at the right speed.
- Monitoring the stoppage of the machine and reporting to the Plant Manager immediately for his immediate action.
- Preparing the monthly and weekly summary report (Deliveries, Plant Failures, Downtime, Shorted and Shortage cables, Comparison of Deliveries and Actual Production, Percentage of Scrap, Deviation, and Cable from plant to plant).
- Performing the daily job of Data Entry (Finished Cable, Actual vs. Target, Machine Breakdowns, and Machine’s Daily Scrap).
- Checks the materials which are not needed in the plant or expired materials and discuss with the concerned for dispatch
- Preparing ISO documents.
