Key Responsibilities :
– The candidate should have a sourcing from a manufacturing background with strong negotiation and leadership skills to lead the procurement team effectively.
• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
• Managing daily purchasing activities.
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

This is a barrier to apply for this job:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing as procurement manager or any senior position.
• Engineering graduate is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with sourcing and SRM management
• Familiarity with sourcing engineering tools and materials suppliers.
• Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• He should be able to conduct price index reports to track the market changes.
Work location : 10dth of Ramadn city , Egypt
Working hours : 6 days per week / 8 hours
