Analyst – Business Solutions | AL Futtaim Finance PV JSC | Information Technology

Overview of the role:

To proactively support the delivery, development and support of all Business Solution deliverables. “Business solutions” is a department that has been primarily setup to deliver the organization’s data and MIS requirements.

What you will do:

Data Process Development – Continually develop and enhance the process to collect and transform data in order that it can be used in reporting tools such as SSRS/Qlik reports.

Report Development :

Develop the Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports using in reporting tools such as SSRS/Qlik.
Develop the ad hoc reports using in reporting tools such as SSRS/Qlik.

Batch Process Management :

Continually develop and enhance the batch process.
Manage and maintain the existing batch processing.

Fully understand the 3 other core processes (ETL, Audit/History, and Maintenance) that are required to run the data warehouse.
Hands-on work experience using analytical tools like Tableau
New Business Solution Delivery – Support the business solution leader

Required Skills to be successful:

Exposure in BI Tools/Products
Knowledge of key MIS principles (Single version of truth, R&R, etc.)
Develops MIS documentation, SOPs/ Operating Instructions to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
Experience in requirement gathering

Desirables:
