Job Summary:
Responsible for developing, updating and maintain all HR infrastructure references required for HR Performance including but not limited to: HR policies and procedures, Job Descriptions, Salary Scale and Organization Charts, Develop and maintain a job description-based employee performance review system.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Responsible for all HR policies folder; continuously update HR policies & procedures; develop new policies or recommend changes to current policies.
– Creating & Updating all Job Descriptions.
– Updating salary scale for the Group KSA, Egypt, UAE & Qatar annually.
– Developing & implementing performance review system and link it to merit increment policy and annual bonus.
– Managing the creation and update of all Organization Charts for branches and corporate level
– Developing and updating employee manual for all countries KSA, Egypt, UAE & Qatar
– Handle and analyze employee exit interview results
– Maintain and review grading system
– Develop and maintain promotion policy

Desired Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
– Post graduate diploma in HR as a minimum & MBA holder is preferred.
– Minimum 10 Years’ experience in HR Practices of which 5 years are in managerial level
– Excellent English speaking and writing skills
– Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
– Excellent Microsoft Office Applications Skills.
