Telemarketer Job Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
2. Use scripts to provide information about our services benefits, prices, etc.
3. To understand the customer’s needs and requirements
4. Recommends services we provide based on their needs.
5. Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
6. Deal with complaints
7. Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
8. Completes orders and notifies the appropriate department.
Telemarketer Skills and Requirements:
1. Customer service.
2. Sales skills
3. Communicates effectively on the phone.
4. Learns about new services quickly.
5. Knows how to market each service.
6. Works well independently and is good at time management.
7. Skilled in negotiating and handling complaints
8. Patient and able to handle customer rejection
9. Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
10. Following up on previous customers for potential sales
11. A high school certificate, Bachelor’s degree is a plus
12. Has experience of 2 to 3 years
