Responsibilities:
- We need a highly driven applicant that is self-assured, dependable, and possesses a determined attitude.
- A person with strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, an outgoing attitude, and a professional demeanor.
- Oversees the daily accounting operations of the firm Budgets, account payables, account receivables, costs, etc.-related financial report generation.
- Cash in hand and Payroll Collects and analyzes account information in order to reconcile financial irregularities.
- Risk management and ensuring that all accounting processes, including VAT filing, comply with requirements.
- Accounting and account reconciliations.
- Administrative Difficulties Draft and help in the preparation of the company's presentation Coordination and creation of quotes, sales orders, pro-forma invoices, and tasks related to tender pricing.
- Registering of customers.
- Manage procurement process.
- General office administrative duties such as banking, procuring supplies, and collaborating with government and service organizations.
- Other administrative tasks which may be sought from management.
المهارات
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of admin experience
- English is required
- Arabic is preferred
- MS office skills required
- Candidates with previous work in Construction and Real Estate is preferred
- Candidates with previous Abu Dhabi government MEPS work experience are preferred
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
