● Achieving sales targets and respective KPI's
● Negotiating and collaborating with clients at many different levels
● Professional presentation and communication with the top clients and agencies
● Ensuring successful strategies are implemented to maximize sales growth. Providing steady growth which is to be monitored year on year
● Maintaining direct relationships with tier 1 agencies and clients to supporting current and future business needs
● Accountable for achieving sales volume in assigned territory within the defined deadline
● Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting of wins, losses and strategies to minimize those losses
المهارات
● Strong knowledge of Digital Media and the programmatic ecosystem
● Updated with new technologies and tools
● Sound understanding of Programmatic / Mobile / Video & performance marketing
● Strong connections within UAE media agencies a must, KSA a key advantage
● Must have dealt with formalizing & implementing digital plans / bookings
● Adept at establishing effective relationships within both agencies and clients
● Team Management skills
● Creative solutions skills, out of the box thinker
