• Plan, schedule and execute Project Plan.
• Evaluate the progress of a project on site by studying technical resources like drawings, maps, and reports.
• Study and determine various fundamental aspects of a construction project like materials, cost estimate, and potential risks to overcome.
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
• Focus on safety standards and regulations during each stage of project development.
• Assist the team in various project-related activities like planning, tendering, and pricing as per requirement.

المهارات

• A valid UAE driver's license is a must.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in the U.A.E.. Experience in contracting is a plus.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English. Fluency in Arabic is a big plus.
• Must have experience with managing teams of engineers and labors
• Must be able to draft and obtain all necessary project reports, such as BOQs, NOCs, etc..
• Associated with a civil engineering company or agency in a technical job role capacity.
• Ability to solve intricate problems using engineering concepts and modeling software.
• Showing excellent performance in distinct setups to complete ongoing construction projects with high efficiency.
• Strong command of creating clear, concise, and technically accurate project reports.
• Good command of managing different aspects of an ongoing construction project with a knack for motivating the workforce effectively.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
