Administrative duties:
1. Assisting with onboarding and offboarding administrative processes
2. Updating HR system with new hire notifications, updating salary and other related information
3. Manage calendar invites for regional training meetings and events
4. Support with HR intranet updates on policies and procedures
5. Other admin-related tasks as assigned
6. Managing sponsorship system
Competencies
1. Excellent communication and customer service skills
2. Excellent organization skills
3. Strong multi-tasking skills
4. Strong Microsoft word skills
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or Equivalent
2. A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant
3. administrative experience
