مطلوب مديرة مكتب للعمل لدى شركة دولية في عمان

Female office manager and executive assistant needed urgently for board members of an International company. Proficient in English with BA degree in any field, minimum 3 years of related experience.
Skills: Self-motivated, creative, flexible, multi-tasking, organized, well presented.
Tasks include:
Organize and prioritize tasks along with the board working schedule.
Support board members with their personal, international business and daily operations.
Manage the office team of (driver, receptionist, accountant, office girl and gardener) to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow up with managers and units on tasks and requirements.
Coordinate schedule, travels and appointments of board members.
Prepare for events and business invitations by the board members.
Manage office supplies inventory.
Responsible for property maintenance and renovation work.
Prepare and handle company newsletter
Solve & anticipate issues and take the initiative.
Prepare and attend to holiday greetings and annual gifts to clients and stakeholders.
