About the Client:
An international French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Organize and supervise shifts

Salary: up to 17K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
Open to European nationals
38 years old and below
At least 5 years of experience in the same role from F&B or Hospitality groups
Experience working in high end / fine dining restaurant is preferred
Should be highly presentable with good English communication skills
Pre-opening experience is a plus
