As a Recruitment Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing, hiring, training, and developing the recruitment delivery team.

You will work closely with the onsite Sales team to provide effective sourcing strategies to Sourcing Associates & Specialists, and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness.

Your role is to ensure the team is performing at the levels expected by the Sales Director & Sales team and as defined in the service level agreement of each engagement.

Reporting into the Sales Director you will be driving best practices and strive to be always an advocate for Marc Ellis.

Your duties may include but not limited to:

  • Being accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations including BD & AM specific SLAs and compliance with process,
  • Aligning with the Sales team and allocating requirements to the Sourcing team daily
  • Running reports to the Sales Director of the Sourcing team deliverables monthly
  • Analysing and communicating recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.
  • Support the Sales team with client qualification calls
  • Understanding KPIs and SLAs and monitor service delivery against contractual terms.
  • Mentoring and supporting each team member as necessary to achieve high performance.
  • Monitoring and managing all team activity on a continuous basis, ensuring appropriate distribution of workloads across the team.
  • Acting as escalation point for issues that arise and identifying the optimum solution for both parties,
  • Delivering effective performance optimisation of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate, development plans are devised, and mentoring is provided as required,
  • Recruiting and inducting new staff as required, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to the client and improve time to productivity,
  • Driving the design, development, and delivery of effective strategic sourcing plans with the Sales Director or Sales team

Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process,
  • Experience working as a Team Leader
  • Experience to catering to both permanent and contractual desks.
  • Proven track record of delivering targets
  • Proven track record of implementing delivery processes and strong experience using CRM system
  • Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships. Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends,
  • Strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Experience working in an IT Recruitment organisation
  • Leadership skills, specifically coaching, development and influencing.
