We are currently looking for project engineers to occupy a vacant positions within the Projects department to follow up under execution project in QATAR with the following duties , responsibilities and qualifications :
- Understand the project requirements and objectives, and develop the project quality plans including but not limited to project quality assurance plan -QAP- and inspection and testing plan ITP.
- Implement the QAP and ITP with all parties including the sub suppliers and subcontractors for manufacturing and installation site activities .
- Prepare inspection/test reports and maintain the QA/QC files related to assignment .
- Assist with tracking and logging Non-Conformance Reports, Quality/Productivity Improvement Reports.
- Ensure that all works complied with client/contractor issued drawing, applicable standards and specification.
- Ensure that all related inspection and testing activities in accordance to Environment, Health & Safety procedures and maintenance rules are respected.
- Monitor the work performance to ensure the respect of work standards and project specifications.
- Perform proactive surveillance inspection to minimize or avoid discrepancy and non-conformance rectification cost and time.
- Coordinate and assist construction to resolve any encountered problems related to inspection and testing activities .
- Initiate remedial or corrective action based on standard, code, and specification and verify the closure of NCR.
- Ensure the effective coordination with the client related to inspection, testing activities and documentation.

المهارات
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering – mechanical , electrical or mechatronics – or related field
•+3years experience in quality assurance and quality control role for construction projects.
•Ability to develop project quality plans – PQP-, Method statement , Inspection Test Plan – ITP, Quality Assurance Plan – QAP
•Excellent computer skills .
•Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and engineering processes
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
•Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
•Strong communication skills.
•Previous construction experience and preferably industrial projects .
•Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations .
•Ability to perform well under pressure .
•Preferable to have a residence and driving license in Qatar.
