Big Project experience.Prior experience in commercial projects.Prior Hotel project and hospitality projectexperience
is an added plus.Oversee project scope and objectives.Develop and manage a detailed project schedule.Ability to generate reports and deliver reports to stakeholders and team members.Assist in conducting technical and financial analysis of the proposals submitted by the vendors along with the relevant departments.Facilitate effective alignment and reporting on projects and ensure that execution is always within stated timelines, quality, and budgets.Provide Business lead with feedback, encouragement, and advice.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the assigned projects.20+ Years of experience.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.Proven ability to solve problems creatively.Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies.Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.Good communication ability, both written and verbal
