Objectives:

Our client, a leading real estate & development firm in KSA, that strives to build long-lasting relationships with their customers, industry partners and employees by maintaining a commitment to the highest standard. They are looking for a project manager to join their team in Dhahran and sustain that standard in every project they manage.

Responsibilities:

Supervising on-site management and execution of project phases
Obtaining necessary documents, permits and approvals required to complete the projects
Hire & direct subcontractors and consultants as needed to complete the projects
Facilitate the exchange of information between all stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and bodies of authority in a professional, concise and timely fashion
Maintain a detailed project budget and schedule to ensure accurate project execution
Deliver project status reporting updates against project milestones and financial targets
Engage with industry and business organizations in the region to enhance the company profile in the community

المهارات

Secondary education in civil/architectural engineering
Project management certificates/ knowledge and experience in project management techniques and tools in residential or mixed-use development and construction
Project management software experience (ProCore is a plus)
10 to 15 years of proven experience in the residential/ mixed-use construction industry
Results-focused with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Exceptional communication skills
Proficient with full MS package
Experience in PPP/BOOT projects is an asset
