Objectives:

Our client, a leading real estate & development firm in KSA, that strives to build long-lasting relationships with their customers, industry partners and employees by maintaining a commitment to the highest standard. They are looking for a project manager to join their team in Dhahran and sustain that standard in every project they manage.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising on-site management and execution of project phases
• Obtaining necessary documents, permits and approvals required to complete the projects
• Hire & direct subcontractors and consultants as needed to complete the projects
• Facilitate the exchange of information between all stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and bodies of authority in a professional, concise and timely fashion
• Maintain a detailed project budget and schedule to ensure accurate project execution
• Deliver project status reporting updates against project milestones and financial targets
• Engage with industry and business organizations in the region to enhance the company profile in the community

المهارات

• Secondary education in civil/architectural engineering
• Project management certificates/ knowledge and experience in project management techniques and tools in residential or mixed-use development and construction
• Project management software experience (ProCore is a plus)
• 10 to 15 years of proven experience in the residential/ mixed-use construction industry
• Results-focused with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient with full MS package
• Experience in PPP/BOOT projects is an asset
