·Read & interpret Shop drawings, diagrams, material submittals & product manuals prior to commencement of works.

·Prepare systems/Installation material list from AFC drawings

·Follow up on daily activities assigned to the various construction groups/sub-contractors

·Prepare Work Permits prior to start of erection works

·Prepare list of tools, scaffolding, consumables etc.. needed prior to start of works

·Prepare draft copy of Installation Method Statements

·Review all Material Requests coming from Sub-Contractors prior to forwarding to his Superior for his final approval

·Provide daily/weekly/monthly updates on the progress of works on site to his Superior for his review prior to forwarding to PM & Planning Engineer

·Monitor the quality of works executed by the construction team and subcontractors

·His continuous presence on site to ensure smooth execution of works is a must

·Responsible to coordinate with other contractors on site and ensure smoothness of works

·Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

·Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, and loyalty.

·Environment, health & Safety

·Considerable knowledge of Fire Alarm/Fire Protiction systems standards.

· Excelent English Language.
