Required Nationality : Saudi

• The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources and Administration Department responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. She/He will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating Human Resources policies, programs, and practices.

• Manage Recruitment (Onboarding) new hires (Local and Overseas), Acquisition and Offboarding line with Labor Law and Company Policies
• Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and implementation as per the Laws and Company Policies
• Handle all the HR and Administration issues related to Saudization, Labor Office, HRDF, GOSI, Qiwa etc. (all Government relations)
• Prepare and implement the required Manpower and Budget as per approval
• Conduct periodic Performance Appraisals and provide feedback
• Handle Employee Training and Development
• Administer and Manage Payrolls and benefits for employees
• Smooth running of HR information system
• Timely update of HR and Administration Policies in line with Saudi Labor Law
• Submit monthly and yearly reports to Higher Management as required
• Other Jobs as assigned by General Manager

المهارات

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 10+ years' experience in Human Resources Management in Restaurant Business Company with 300 plus employees
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement.
