Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for HR development in Qatar
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management, employees, and HR partners
  • Assist with the development of long-term HR planning and development strategies and goals for Qatar
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives for employees
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials related to HR planning and development projects
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and other events to represent the HR department and to gather feedback and input from stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the successful implementation of HR development projects and initiatives

الوصف الوظيفي

المهارات

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Experience in HR planning and development, particularly in the Middle East, is preferred
