ELV Engineer ( Facility Management with Hospital Experience)
الوصف الوظيفي
Must have 5 years minimum experience in ELV engineering field in a healthcare environment and at least 3 years in an engineer position in healthcare facilities in the field of maintenance and operation.
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a professional engineer registration in an accredited organization or recognized government.
The candidate shall be responsible for the building maintenance services related to ELV, control and security systems, installation, troubleshooting and configuration and all other related ELV services and/or ELV equipment and systems in assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring compliance with local and international standards and regulations.

- Minimum 5 years experience in a healthcare facility and 3 years experience in supervisory capacity & maintenance & operation
- The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) with chartered accreditation from reputable and internationally recognized engineering institute.
- Must have a MMUP certificate (UPDA – Urban Planning and Development Authority).
- Specific expertise and working knowledge related codes and standards, for example: ASHRAE, British Standards and HTM.
- Previous experience as an Authorized Person (AP) in major fields ELV systems, and Responsible Person (RP) in all applicable ELV related systems & plants or equivalent.
- Knowledge NFPA codes and HTM00, 06
- Familiarity with CAFM software and asset management.
