الوصف الوظيفي
Must have 5 years minimum experience in Civil Engineering field in a healthcare environment and at least 3 years in an engineer position in healthcare facilities in the field of maintenance and operation.
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a professional engineer registration in an accredited organization or recognized government.
The candidate shall be responsible for the building maintenance services and/or civil equipment and systems in assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring compliance with local and international standards and regulations.

المهارات
- Minimum 5 years experience in a healthcare facility and 3 years experience in supervisory capacity and maintenance operation
- The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) with chartered accreditation from reputable and internationally recognized engineering institute.
- Must have a MMUP certificate (UPDA – Urban Planning and Development Authority).
- Specific expertise and working knowledge related codes and standards, for example: ASHRAE, British Standards and HTM.
- Trained for safe working practices and risk management process
- Familiarity with CAFM software and asset management.
