Role Description:

• Processing cash, debit, check, and food aggregator transactions using specified POS

• Aware of the suggestive selling practices to promote the brand. Customer Experience

• Follow the shift-change procedures as per company policy.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by acting with ‘Customer First’ attitude.

• Keeps reports of transactions.

• Issues change, receipts, and processing exchanges or refunds.
