- Attend and manage formal calls and provide accurate and concise information without any delay.
- Provide accurate information to the caller, catering to all the necessary inquiries.
- Keep the customer interested in the features and utility of a product through effective telephonic communication.
- Develop long-term contacts through qualitative telephonic discussions and conversations.
- Back up all the call history details by effectively utilizing the company's call center database.
- Provide a delightful call experience to the customers, keeping track of the valuable time to avoid potential delays.

- Expertise in working as a call center professional in a professional agency or BPO.
- Adept in handling different functions of the telephone along with fluent spoken skills.
- A passionate individual with the potential to handle multiple activities while attending a call simultaneously.
- Strong command of handling relevant computer operation activities to boost overall work productivity.
- Refined communication skills with an ability to persuade customers.
- Flexibility and openness to innovation and improvement.
- Should be bilingual with good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Should be able to communicate in a Kuwaiti accent
- Minimum experience should be 0-1 year.
- Should have excellent customer service skills
