The ICT Assistant Manager, Internal Audit is responsible for ICT Audit planning, executing and reporting the related audits/reviews of Masraf Al Rayan and its subsidiaries. The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing ICT consulting services to the organization's management, providing key Input to the development plans, and adding value. Follow up on the ICT outstanding Audit issues with Action Owners and validate the closure evidence provided by Action Owners. All organizational and professional ethical standards are maintained. Assistant Manager could lead Medium to Low Audit risk areas based on the Group Head of Audit approval.
2. Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
FINANCIAL
Identify and evaluate the Information technology's risk areas and provide key Input to the development of the annual Audit Plan
Prepare an audit approach that sets out the nature, timing, and extent of internal audit procedures for each internal audit project and prepare aligned work programs
Design and supervise the execution of all audits and tests of control, and conduct the Introductory meeting at the beginning of each audit
Monitor the day-to-day progress on work assigned to ensure It remains on track with budget and allocated timing. Report any variances to the Group Head of Audit
Prepare the audit working papers to ensure satisfactory completion and Initialing to evidence the review
Communicate audit findings to senior local management throughout the audit.

المهارات
1. Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance
• Professional certification such as CISA and or additional certifications to include CISM, PMP..etc.
2. Experience:
3 – 10 years experience working in a related role Ideally in a financial services institution, of which 3 should be at a similar level
• Strong English and, ideally, Arabic language skills
