• Present, promote and sell products using solid argument.
• Handle walk-in customers in warehouse/store.
• Provide the quotation to clients as per requirement.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
• Analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
• Maintain client records and follow up with customers to establish, develop, and maintain positive business.
• Prepare reports.
• Visiting potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Reach out to leads through cold calling.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
• Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
