الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, and disability, and reporting on this.
- Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee salary, social employer's social security, unemployment, and workers' compensation payments.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
- Developing financial and operational reporting as needed.
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Full understanding of and experience with Payroll related compliance.
- Must have worked with some kind of Human Resources Menaitech.
- Thorough knowledge of local labor law.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English – verbal and written.
- Must be reliable, dedicated, and flexible to work extra hours as required.
