الوصف الوظيفي
1. Focus will be on establishing distributorship for selling Padel related Merchandise such as Rackets, Balls, Shoes, Bags etc. to various Clubs and Sports shops in Oman.
2. To build relationships with customers and retailers so as to sell Merchandise through their Clubs / Stores.
3. Purchasing – Negotiate best deals with merchandise suppliers.
4. Monitor sales trends, customer buying habits and keep a track of product sales.
5. To keep track of merchandise inventory, process invoices and orders with supplier. Ensure inventory is not more than 20-25% at any point of time.
6. To keep abreast of market requirements and accordingly order the merchandise.
7. Plan product promotions through various social media channels.
8. Determine which products sell most effectively to Padel players and accordingly meet the forecast demands.
9. Generate monthly sales & inventory reports for the Management. Do Budget Planning.
10. Set prices and work closely with marketing team to launch new products in the market.
11. Ensure that all information regarding a product is communicated clearly to customers through websites, catalogs, brochures and other social media channels.
12.Establish exclusivity agreements with merchandise suppliers.

المهارات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / BA
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good experience in using Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preference will be given who can speak both English as well as Arabic
- Well versed with various Social Media Channels
