Marketing Manager
At Dada Group marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced marketing manager who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
Responsibilities:
§ Setting Marketing Plan and implementing and overseeing the implementation.
§ Presenting recommendations to work on new products and services and make advertising using all channels.
§ Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
§ Pricing the Product in a way aligned with dada group strategy
§ Implementation of the promotional process identified in the strategic plan.
§ Negotiating agreements with media institutions and agencies.
§ Developing and planning marketing policies & Procedures.
§ Supervising the work of marketing research and studying the market share of the group and the competitors, and following up the situation of competitors and their strategies
§ present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
§ Organizing of marketing processes through the development of an effective organizational structure through the staff of the Marketing Department
§ Developing a plan to increase market share by increasing the size and growth of the company's sales.
§ Developing, reviewing and implementing a strategy for social media and public relations.
§ Contributing to the objectives of management by working on the corporate customers service and continuously informing them of the services and products of the company and all new offers related to products, through social media channels to maintain strong working relationships with them.
§ Providing reports on the achievements and marketing problems
§ Established contacts in media
§ Training and developing staff to work efficiently and effectively
Required skills and qualifications:
§ Bachelor degree of Marketing
§ Minimum 10 years of experience
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
§ proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
