الوصف الوظيفي
- Collect people data from all stakeholders such as payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, development records, and exit interviews.
- Analyze the data and develop insightful reports.
- Analyze data and statistics for trends regarding recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
- Optimize and implement new data processes and systems.
- Compile reports of data results and present these to senior people and culture leadership.
- Work on needs-basis reports from senior management.
- Working closely with the Data Analytics reports to ensure data integration occurs for autonomous reports generation.
- Work with internal and external auditors to provide all required reports.
