الوصف الوظيفي

Elite Education school Medina (a member of Elite Education Group) will be operating in September 2023, school location in Knowledge Economic City, Medina, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The school follows the American and IB Curricula.

Introduction

Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the school to the parents, visitors and the general public.

  • Ensure fulfillment of school policies and concepts.
  • Meet parents and visitors coming to the school, and ensuring they sign in the visitors register
  • Hold visitors in the reception area until directed to the person they are visiting
  • Direct persons to correct destination within the school
  • Record student lateness and direct them to their principal on late arrival
  • Record staff lateness and absence
  • Record and monitor students early release
  • Contact parents who are late picking up their children
  • Ensure that students are transferred to the main reception area after school hours
  • Answer telephone calls, screen and direct calls to the appropriate person or department in the school
  • Take and relay messages received from callers to School Administration
  • Provide information related to the school to callers
  • Deal with queries from the public and parents
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the school
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain an appointment diary either manually or electronically
  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy and maintainer.

  • Greet and meet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person / department.
  • Help the staff members with crucial tasks related to scheduling, agendas, and meetings, ensuring fluent corporate functioning.
  • Attend to incoming telephonic conversations and take appropriate decisions without any delay.
  • Create a timely record of important meetings and agendas by maintaining the company calendar.
  • Inform interested and appropriate persons about the company's basic details through various communication modes.
  • Handle responsibilities like printing, scanning, collating, etc., to facilitate team members with daily activities.

المهارات

  • Adept in interpersonal communication with a strong command of formal vocabulary and etiquette.
  • Remarkable ability to handle MS Office tools for completing the required and assigned organizational tasks and duties.
  • Good command of spoken and written English language
  • Possessing a remarkable command of basic administrative tasks, thereby improving overall productivity.
  • Excellent track record of handling all the duties and responsibilities that fall under the receptionist job profile.
  • An enthusiastic professional with an ability to perform multiple tasks after analyzing various company parameters.
  • Good understanding of formal requirements, portraying eloquent communication skills and appearance.
