CRM Siebel Solution Architect- Telecom Sector
A. Scope of work:
- Responsible for Solution Architecting for Siebel changes and development for the CRs and taking ownership of the end to end Solutions from Siebel.
B. Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the changes required on Siebel CRM and architecting and designing the end to end flows for the changes required.
- Prepare the high level design documents for the deliverables.
- Prepare an impact analysis document for any proposed change on Siebel CRM.
- Support the SIT , UAT And Acceptance of the implementation solution.
- Trouble shoot the issues on production as part of L3 support.

C. Qualification:
- Strong trouble shooting skills on Siebel Architecting.
- Good knowledge in — Siebel – Loyalty, Siebel Sales (Order Capture, Product Catalogue, Pricing, PRM, SFA, Campaign, SR management, CTI, social media inbound, CRM), Siebel order management, Siebel Product Management, BIP, EIM, Workflows, IO, Order fulfillment workflows using Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Siebel tools, Siebel Escript.
- Good Knowledge in Telco BSS domain related to Billing/Charging/Subscription Management/ERP/Inventory System/ Number Management System/ Customer Portals.
- Good knowledge in database like Oracle , SQL.
D. Experience:
- Minimum of 5/- years of Experience in Siebel Solution Architecting.
- Minimum of 5/- years of Experience in Telco Domain.
- Telecom experience in Siebel domain is a plus.
E. Education and Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information technology and equivalent stream.
- Oracle Certifications in the Siebel/SOA/OSB domain preferable.
- TOGAF Certifications is preferable.
F. General Skills
- Good English oral and written communication skills.
- Arabic Nationals is mandatory.
