Position Title: CHEF DE PARTIE (HOT KITCHEN)

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 4.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meal

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:

A well known French fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

Run and supervise the assigned kitchen section to the required standards set by the Head Chef.
Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
Ensure good stock and waste control is practiced
Responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
Support Sous chef in delivering required standard of food

Qualifications:

Male, 35 years old and below
At least 2 years of experience in the same role (F&B or Hospitality groups, 5* hotels, preferably from high end casual restaurants)
Experience in French cuisine experience is a must
Should be fully vaccinated
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
