الوصف الوظيفي
- Selecting textbooks.
- Distributing the lessons.
- Training and guiding teachers.
- Executing extracurricular activities.
- Providing supplementary material and developing teaching aids.
- Conduct class visits.
- Evaluating teachers (grading, preparation, notebooks, and corrections).
- Analyzing quizzes and homework.
- Setting exams and accurate model answers.
- Assessing the needs of the staff.
- Organizing remedial programs for weak students.
- Keeping organized records and files of all work.
- Following up the performance of teachers and writing reports on their performance together with proposals for rewards, correction or reform.
- Organizing in-service training programs.
- Analyzing examination results and making appropriate recommendations.
- Providing supplementary material and preparing revision sheets.
- Designing annual and monthly plans for the syllabus that ensures the effectiveness of its goals, objectives and aims.
- Working in coordination with superiors to secure the execution of the school strategies and vision.
- Invigilating during exams.
- Holding weekly meetings and documenting these meetings (meeting agendas, minutes, instructions).
المهارات
Preferably a minimum of Seven years of experience
Education Requirements
Bachelor degree in the subject of specialization
