Sales Executive
Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long –lasting customer relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements with maximize profit. Selling software and services for existing customers and new customers. Identifying potential new clients and business opportunities. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client. Manage and solve conflicts with clients. Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account. Designing marketing strategies and media proposals for product or service. Maintaining a good understanding of clients and their business strategies. Acting as the first point of contact for company clients. Meeting sales target. Organizing and preform sales visits and demonstrating and presenting products. Cold Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. Acting as contact between a company and its existing and potential markets. Creating detailed proposal documents, presentation and marketing materials. Collect payments from his accounts on time. Update and maintain CRM. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. Feeding future buying trends back to employers. Create and distribute customer surveys. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience must be in IT companies with proven experience in completing mid-term projects. Good technical knolwage in web development. Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks Skills: A good grasp of numbers and the ability to write documents in a professional style Creativity Problem solving skills Public speaking Negotiation skills Motivation for sales Time Management Establish trust with the Client Understanding of customer needs Organizational skills Selling Skills .Net DeveloperResponsibilities:Assisting the senior team with all aspects of software design and coding.
Writing and maintaining code. Working on minor bug fixes. Responding to requests from the development team. Writing reports. Conducting development test. Requirements: Experience 0-2 years Knowledge of basic coding languages including C++, HTML5, and JavaScript. Basic programming experience. Knowledge of databases and operating systems. Good working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software. Programing langue’s (C#, ASP.NET, JQuery, HTML5, JavaScript and SQL). Web Moderator Responsibilities: Engage with Customers to determine their needs in terms of content. Issue and release envisions documents. Manage and upload content for websites and systems. Write and develop manuals and project closing documents. Conduct training to clients and knowledge handover. Create Sitemap, SRS and User Manual. Perform smoke test, cross browsing tests and security tests Requirements: B.S Computer Science or any related field. Minimum 0-1 year of experience preferable in IT companies . Good knowloadge in HTML and CSS . Skills: Excellent Skills in MS and Office. Creativity. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Understanding of customer needs. Communication Skills. Attention to details. Time Management. Language Skills (Written and Verbal).
