Job Description:
-Follow safety standards and policies applicable in the Front of House and Back of House area
-Deliver an engaging and efficient service to customers
-Meet customer’s needs with a sense of urgency and accurately
-Ensure queue busting in a friendly and efficient manner
-Ensure product quality is well preserved when serving take away and delivering items
-Follow the processes to guarantee our customer safety and that each product is accurately made and labelled
-Ensure customers satisfaction by producing high quality products and perfect packaging for in-store and delivery customers
-Ensure no ‘reject’ products are served or displayed
-Gain knowledge on the characteristics of our food and coffee
-Create an inviting, clean shop environment
-Ensure the equipment is well always maintained
-Maintains clean and well-stocked displays
-Follow merchandising and displays guidelines
-Learn the skills to support the Key Roles with hot food production and Barista Prepared Drinks
-Achieve productivity targets
-Adhere to all financial standards
-Support the execution of successful product launches

المهارات
– Minimum 2 years experience in F&B Industry
– Visa 18 (Transferable)
– Good communication skills and teamwork
– Can speak, understand, read, and write in English
