About the Client:

A well-known group of companies mainly based in UAE.

Job Description:

 Manage all aspects of assigned properties (holiday rentals, apartments, etc.)

 Help build the team from start-up (hire, train, supervise, etc.)

 Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants

 Ensure tenants’ complaints and concerns are attended and solved

 Collect and monitor payment and prepare documentations.

Salary: up to 35K AED, all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:

 Open to European or Arabic nationals

 35 to 45 years old

 Minimum 8 years’ related experience preferably from a start-up company in the same industry
